We review registrations as quickly as we can.

Your details are reviewed by the TTC Institute and your University Faculty.
On approval you receive a congratulations email with your username, a temporary password and your participant code.
You set your own password the first time you sign in to AWSIM Campus, using the link in your email.

We keep your data no longer than we need to — up to 24 months after the competition ends. Applications not taken forward are deleted once selection is complete. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the competition.
